On our website there is a contact and a feedback form, which can be used for electronic contact. If a user takes advantage of these options, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. These data are:

Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO if the user has given his consent.

Purpose of data processing

The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves us only for the processing of the establishment of contact. The other personal data processed during the sending process serves to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

Duration of storage

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. This is the case for the personal data from the input masks of the contact form and feedback form when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation ends when it can be concluded from the circumstances that the matter in question has been finally clarified.

If an administrative procedure is initiated due to the conversation, the respective legal retention periods apply.

The same storage period and reasons for deletion apply to the personal data additionally collected during the sending process.

Possibility of objection and removal

The user has the possibility to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If the user contacts us by e-mail, he can object to the storage of his personal data at any time. In such a case the conversation cannot be continued.

The revocation is to be addressed to the respective person responsible (recipient) and his contact address.

All personal data stored in the course of the contact will be deleted in this case.


Newsletter

Description and scope of data processing

On our website there is the possibility to subscribe to a free newsletter. When registering for the newsletter, the data from the input mask is transmitted to us:

In addition, the following data is collected during registration:

For the processing of the data, your consent will be obtained during the registration process by means of double opt-in procedures and reference will be made to this data protection declaration. The newsletter will not be sent out until you click on the confirmation link in the invitation e-mail.

The dispatch with the help of the tool "sendy" takes place via Amazon servers (with servers in the EU area)

Except for the purpose of sending the newsletter, no data will be passed on to third parties in connection with the data processing for the newsletter. The data will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter.

Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the processing of data after registration for the newsletter by the user is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO, if the user has given his consent.

The other personal data collected during the registration process will also be deleted when the subscription is terminated.

The subscription to the newsletter can be cancelled by the user concerned at any time. For this purpose there is a corresponding link in every newsletter.

This also enables the user to revoke his or her consent to the storage of personal data collected during the registration process.

The publications database offers the possibility to order publications. A contact person and a postal address are required to process the contract.

For any queries, the e-mail address and/or a telephone number will still be requested.

All these data will be stored until your request has been processed.

The user has the possibility to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If the user contacts us by e-mail, he can object to the storage of his personal data at any time. In such a case the conversation cannot be continued.

Form for comments on development plans

Description and scope of data processing

The Building Code provides that natural and legal persons may submit a statement to the body responsible for the procedure in the development plan procedure. If you decide to submit a statement to us, we will store the information provided therein as well as your personal data with your full name, address and, if applicable, e-mail address. All data will be used to process the statement. In addition, we use the data after completion of the development plan procedure to inform you about the result of the examination and its consideration (§ 3 paragraph 2 sentence 4 2nd half sentence BauGB). We may pass on the data to a company commissioned by us, which will take over the evaluation of the comments from the public participation and the execution of the mailing as a service.

Legal basis for data processing

The data processing is carried out on the legal basis of § 3 BauGB.

Purpose of data processing

We inform you here about data processing in the context of public participation in the development plan procedure. Your personal details are required in order to assess the extent to which you are affected or your other interests with regard to the development plan procedure. In addition, we use the data after completion of the development plan procedure to inform you about the result of the examination and how it was taken into account (§ 3 (2) sentence 4 2nd half-sentence BauGB). You also have the opportunity to submit a statement without sender's details. In this case, you cannot be informed about the result of the examination of your statement and its consideration in the development plan procedure. After the end of the procedure, the development plan will be kept available for inspection.

Objection / Removal

    1. you can request information from the contact person, the body responsible for data processing, about which personal data we process about you for which purposes and to whom this data has already been disclosed or to whom it has been passed on This information also includes to whom we want to pass you on.
    2. you can request us to correct incorrect information about your person.
    3. you can demand the deletion of your personal data, e.g. if your personal data is no longer required by us for the above-mentioned purpose and there is also no longer a legal basis for the longer storage with us.
    4. under certain circumstances, you can request that we limit the processing of your data; the data will then not be deleted, but will not be used further.
    5. for reasons arising from your particular personal situation, you may object to the processing of your personal data.
    6) If you are not satisfied with the data processing at our company, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection officer of the district office and the responsible supervisory authority (Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information).
    7. the provision of your full name and address (= personal data) is necessary for the purpose of your notification.
    8. if you request the deletion of your personal data, they will be deleted. Your statement will then be considered anonymously in the weighing process. The lawfulness of the processing of your personal data before deletion is not affected by this.


Rights of the data subject

If personal data are processed by you, you are the data subject within the meaning of the DSGVO and you are entitled to the following rights in relation to the person responsible:

Right of access to information

You can request confirmation from the person responsible as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed by us.

If such processing has taken place, you can request information from the data controller about the following:

    (1) the purposes for which the personal data are processed
    (2) the categories of personal data which are processed;
    (3) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been or will be disclosed;
    (4) the envisaged duration of the storage of the personal data concerning you or, if it is not possible to give specific details, criteria for determining the duration of storage;
    (5) the existence of a right of rectification or erasure of personal data concerning you, a right to have the processing limited by the controller or a right to object to such processing;
    (6) the existence of a right of appeal to a supervisory authority;
    (7) any available information as to the source of the data, if the personal data are not collected from the data subject;
    (8) the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling in accordance with Art. 22 (1) and (4) DPA and - at least in these cases - meaningful information on the logic involved and the scope and intended effects of such processing on the data subject.

You have the right to request information as to whether the personal data concerning you are being transferred to a third country or to an international organisation. In this context, you may request to be informed of the appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 DPA in connection with the transfer.

Right of rectification

You have the right to ask the data controller to correct and/or complete the data if the personal data processed concerning you is incorrect or incomplete. The data controller shall make the correction without delay.

Right to limit processing

Under the following conditions, you may request the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you:

    (1) if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data concerning you for a period which enables the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data
    (2) if the processing is unlawful and you object to the deletion of the personal data and instead demand the restriction of the use of the personal data;
    (3) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you need the personal data for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims; or
    (4) if you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 para. 1 DPA and it has not yet been established whether the legitimate reasons given by the controller outweigh your reasons.

If the processing of personal data relating to you has been restricted, such data may be processed - apart from storage - only with your consent or for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims or protecting the rights of another natural or legal person or on grounds of an important public interest of the Union or of a Member State.

If the restriction on processing has been restricted in accordance with the above conditions, you will be informed by the controller before the restriction is lifted.

Right to erasure

a) Duty to delete
You may request the controller to delete personal data concerning you without delay and the controller is obliged to delete such data without delay if one of the following reasons applies:

    (1) the personal data concerning you are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed
    (2) you revoke your consent on which the processing was based pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a FADP, and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
    (3) You lodge an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21(1) DPA and there are no legitimate reasons for the processing, or you lodge an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21(2) DPA.
    (4) The personal data concerning you have been processed unlawfully.
